What we ordered and how we tested it

The listing we worked from is Foreign Trade blue T-shirt in casual streetwear style, SKU 7715770995, listed at $5.97 USD against a $6.79 reference price and marked in stock. Our test parcel arrived in the blue 3460 short-sleeve colorway, and we treated it the way we treat every apparel test: photographed under a daylight lamp, measured flat on the desk, and logged in our fit notebook for repeat purchases.

The checks we ran:

  • Chest width, body length and shoulder-seam-to-shoulder-seam measured flat, then compared against the listing's stated body-weight bands.
  • Crew neckline ribbing tension, hem and cuff finishing, and the print's placement and edge definition on the chest.
  • Fabric hand-feel and light transmission against the claimed 200g "normal thickness" description.
  • Two cold washes and air drying to check stability of the print and the cotton body.

The honest caveat first: the source listing publishes weight bands, not a flat measurement chart. That means our flat numbers are our own reference point, not a seller-verified table, and it is why we still recommend asking the seller for chest and length figures in centimetres before committing to a size.

Fabric, construction and the print

The tee is a pullover with a crew neck, short sleeves and a loose cut. The body reads as a mid-weight cotton knit — the listing's 200g claim holds up as "standard thickness" rather than heavy or sheer, and it breathes well enough for a Singapore afternoon. The drop shoulders are set wide, so the shoulder seam sits below the natural shoulder line and the sleeve hangs with some slack rather than gripping the arm.

The geometric letter print on the chest sits where the listing images suggest, with clean edges and no obvious bleed into the surrounding knit after our wash cycle. The neckline ribbing recovered its shape after both cold washes; we would not expect that to hold up under hot drying, which matters for the next section.

Fit and sizing

Sizes run S through 3XL, quoted as body-weight bands in jin (1 jin ≈ 0.5 kg), with a stated 3 cm tolerance. Converted:

SizeListing band (jin)Approx. body weight
S90–11545–58 kg
M110–13055–65 kg
L125–15063–75 kg
XL140–17070–85 kg
2XL170–19585–98 kg
3XL190–21595–108 kg

Two things are worth knowing about that table. First, the bands overlap heavily between adjacent sizes, so a 60 kg buyer sits inside both S and M on paper. Second, weight bands say nothing about chest breadth or torso length, which is exactly the information a drop-shoulder pattern needs. Our flat measurements put the blue 3460 colorway inside the loose end of its stated size rather than at the tight edge — the pattern behaves as described, not as a surprise slim cut.

If you are between bands, size down for a relaxed-but-not-baggy drape and size up if you want the graphic to sit forward over a layer.

Colorways and composition

The catalog lists six options, five of which it names as 100% cotton:

  • White 3460 — short sleeve — 100% cotton
  • Black 3460 — short sleeve — 100% cotton
  • Coffee 3460 — short sleeve — 100% cotton
  • Blue 3460 — short sleeve — 100% cotton
  • Dark gray 3460 — short sleeve — 100% cotton
  • Pure white — short sleeve — composition not stated

The pure white option is the one gap. The catalog does not state a fibre content for it, so if cotton content is the deciding factor, confirm that specific variant with the seller rather than assuming it matches the other five.

Washing and shrinkage

We found one public buyer discussion relevant to this product family, and it is about 100% cotton T-shirts generally — not this tee. It reports that pure cotton garments can shrink after washing, and that heat or hot drying accelerates it. There is no independent feedback anywhere on this specific item, so treat that as a category-level caution rather than a verdict on this SKU.

Cold wash and air dry is the conservative routine for the five colorways listed as 100% cotton. Our two-cycle test showed no obvious movement in the print or neckline, but a single test cannot predict long-term behaviour under heat.

Where it lands

At $5.97 this is a low-risk daily tee: breathable cotton, a relaxed drop-shoulder silhouette and a chest print that reads clearly without shouting. It is a good buy for spring and summer layering, and a poor buy if you want a fitted cut, a verified in-hand size chart, or a body of independent buyer reviews before you commit. Ask the seller for flat chest and length figures first — that single message solves the biggest unknown in this listing.

How we tested

Photographed under a daylight lamp, then measured flat: chest, body length and shoulder seam, compared with the listing's weight bands. Checked neckline ribbing, hem finish and print edges. Two cold washes, air dried. Print and ribbing held; the listing still publishes no flat chart.

Will this T-shirt shrink?

The one sourced buyer discussion covers 100% cotton generally and reports shrinkage from heat or hot drying — it is not specific to this tee. For the five colorways listed as pure cotton, cold washing and air drying is the conservative routine.

How do I pick a size without flat measurements?

The listing gives body-weight bands in jin plus a 3 cm tolerance, and the bands overlap between adjacent sizes. Convert them to your units, then message the seller for flat chest and length figures in centimetres before ordering.

Is every colorway 100% cotton?

Five colorways — white, black, coffee, blue and dark gray 3460 — are listed as 100% cotton. The pure white short-sleeve option has no stated composition in the catalog, so confirm it with the seller if fibre content matters to you.

What works

  • Five colorways listed as 100% cotton
  • 200g knit breathes; suited to spring and summer
  • Loose drop-shoulder pullover, S–3XL with weight bands

Watch-outs

  • No flat garment measurements published
  • Only cited buyer discussion is category-level cotton shrinkage, not this tee
  • Pure white variant has no stated fibre content

Who this suits

Buyers who want a cheap, breathable cotton tee in a relaxed drop-shoulder cut for daily spring and summer wear, and who will message the seller for chest and length figures before ordering.

Who should skip

Skip it if you want a slim or fitted cut, need a seller-verified size chart up front, or require independent buyer feedback on this exact tee before ordering.

Editor verdict

A $5.97, 200g pure cotton crewneck with a loose drop-shoulder cut and a clean chest print. Breathable and easy to layer in spring and summer. The listing gives weight bands only, so confirm flat measurements and colorway composition first.

got this in a L and the drop shoulder sits right on me, im 5'10 165lbs. 200g cotton feels solid for under 6 bucks, not see through. only thing the sleeve length ran a touch short so check the flat measurements like the review says. washed cold once, no shrink really.
